Responsibilities
  • Weigh and grade grain in all inbound and outbound trucks
  • Answer telephone promptly and direct calls as needed.
  • Promote the services of the grain department.
  • Provide a high level of customer service by addressing patrons in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
  • Work with other office personnel on special projects.
  • Perform other duties or activities as needed or directed by supervisor.
  • Work with other office personnel to keep office clean.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
  • Knowledge of Operations and/or Business Operations
  • Must meet minimum age requirement
Additional Qualifications
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands
  • Agriculture experience preferred
  • Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse.
