As an Operations Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be leading a team of shareholders and delivery drivers in providing top notch quality products to our partners in a safe and efficient manner. Effectively maintain a safe and effective working environment through workflow planning, material organization, work area cleanliness and inventory control. This role demands exceptional leadership and high-quality work in accordance with established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent leadership and performance management to ensure shareholders perform their job successfully.

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace.

· Train, motivate, and coach shareholders on product knowledge, truck loading, equipment operation, unitizing materials for shipping, and safety standards.

· Accurate inventory and usage reporting.

· Utilize DMSi software Agility and Epicor WMS for order entry, truck routing, inventory management, and workflow planning.

· Receives, inspects, and accepts deliveries into the yard. Notifies Operations Manager of any discrepancies.

· Assess inventory volumes and yard/warehouse capacities to maximize productivity.

· Yard/warehouse planning and layout with Operations Manager.

· Conduct regular site safety audits and take corrective actions to resolve issues.

· Responsible for operations in the absence of the Operations Manager.

· Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.

Position Summary

· 3 years' leadership experience in a warehouse, shipping, or production environment.

· Excellent verbal, written, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail, accuracy, and great follow-up skills.

· A self-confident style that can positively impact individuals and groups.

· Able to handle multiple projects occurring simultaneously with a sense of urgency for goal achievement.
