Job Posting: Paraprofessional (Full-Time Contract) - McNary, Arizona

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking experienced Paraprofessionals for a full-time contract position in McNary, Arizona. Candidates must meet all requirements established by local and state regulations. Preference will be given to individuals with prior experience working with special education students and families.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification or training as a paraprofessional in Arizona preferred.
• Previous experience working with special education students and families highly desired.
• Familiarity with local and state regulations governing educational support services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Duties:

• Assist teachers and special education staff in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
• Provide direct support to students during instructional activities, including one-on-one or small group assistance.
• Assist students with personal care tasks, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance, as needed.
• Support classroom management efforts and implement behavior intervention strategies as directed.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to facilitate student learning and development.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and participation.
