The Logistics Customer Service Specialist will perform order entry of all orders for assigned customers, ensuring orders are entered timely and accurately, including order number, quantity, product specifications, pricing, freight terms, shipping instructions, packaging, delivery date, and other special instructions. Update order information due to product changes, quantities, and pricing. Additionally, promptly confirm delivery schedules and revisions to customers and assist customers through phone calls and emails on order status. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of customer service with SAP experience. MRP and EDI experience. MS Office experience.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | $22.50/hr.
