The NISC IV program at Leidos is looking for a Program Analyst to support multiple Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) programs within the Environmental, Occupational Safety, and Health (EOSH) portfolio. This role works directly with the EOSH Services Group AJW-23 to support and improve a wide range of program elements intended to protect employees and others in the workplace and ensure FAA compliance with Federal, State, and FAA laws and regulations.

Program Analyst Primary Responsibilities:

Additional areas of support include researching, gathering, and analyzing complex data to develop reports, prepare dashboards, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements for all phases of program management. 

  • Provide support in developing, updating, and analyzing project tracking programs.

  • Facilitate meetings, draft reports, develop other technical documentation, and manage distribution of materials to key stakeholders.

  • Generate workplace inspection and hazard abatement data tracking reports and analysis.

  • Assist with the development of new and/or updated FAA Hazard Abatement Program requirements, procedures, and/or implementation guidance.

  • Provide meeting logistics, action items monitoring, and materials development support to tasks forces and advisory boards.

  • Prepare ad hoc OSH program briefings, formal and informal power point presentations, and articles.

  • Contribute to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and updates.

  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets tracking program status and mandatory reporting of workplace inspections.

Program Analyst Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 2+ years of relevant or a Master's degree.

  • Working knowledge and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Intermediate proficiency Microsoft Excel.

  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in Federal Government contracting, FAA is a plus.

Pay Range:Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
