Job Summary:
We are looking for welcoming, enthusiastic, hardworking, customer-oriented individuals to fill the rolls of Ticket Office Associate. You will meet, greet and sell tickets to the guests. The importance of the Ticket Office Associate is being a dedicated crew member and being friendly to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Sell tickets
- Answer phones
- Give the “All Clear” to the boats to depart the dock once the last passenger has boarded
- Greeting customers
- Helping dockhand, when necessary, with restrooms
Knowledge, Skill and Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience is not required but is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older
