2nd shift Machine Operator

Location: 7715 S. Homestead Drive, Hamilton, IN 46742.

Employment Type: Full-Time/Hourly. Pay: $18.00/Hour + $1.50 hour shift premium

Schedule: Four days per week/10 hours per day, Monday-Thursday. Hours are 3:30 pm - 1:30 am with overtime as needed, up to 8 hours on Fridays.

Position Summary: Packing product by hand or automated machinery. Counting the correct quantity to be packed either into bags or boxes determined from the work order. Placing containers onto the conveyor line. Place labels or bar code stickers onto large parts as required by the work order. Perform other related duties as assigned or directed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math functions and maintain proper counts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting professional behavior.
• Ability to keep work area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all company personnel.
• Must be a team player and willing to assume a variety of tasks to keep department functioning smoothly.
