Front Desk Night Shift

True North Hotel Group, an award-winning management and development company, is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at our CandleWood Suites in McPherson, KS. This family-owned organization has a uniquely remarkable culture and is conveniently headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas.

So, what is the role and requirements? Looking for an individual who has high interest in hospitality and guest satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs from 11:00 pm until 7:00 am.
• Reporting and front desk clerical duties including assistance with M3
• Oversee the admittance of guests
• Maintain front desk and lobby area

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic typing skills with computer data entry experience
• Basic reading, spelling and math skills
• Occasionally/Frequently/Continually required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
• Ability to lift to 50lbs
