Title of Position – Restaurant General Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including sales, fiscal operations, accounting, recruitment, and maintenance of the building and equipment. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for managing the revenue with the goal being to exceed budget and preserve cost-effectiveness and profitability in agreement with company policies. This high-profile position carries the responsibility of managing 5 direct reports that assist in the supervision of 150 hourly staff members. Overall responsibilities also include planning, organizing, training and providing the leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in employee retention, guest service, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Qualifications:
The Restaurant General Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 3 years
A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
As solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant General Manager
The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
