Job Summary:

Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a compassionate and reliable PRN In Home Caregiver to join our team in Strum, Wisconsin. As a Part Time - hourly Healthcare/Medical job, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing quality in-home care services. This individual contributor role offers a competitive compensation of $15 to $20 per hour, paid semi-monthly.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and toileting to clients in their homes
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
- Help with medication reminders and maintaining a safe environment for clients
- Report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in caregiving or a related field
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as kneeling, bending, and reaching
