Retail Manager

The Convenience Store/QSR Manager is responsible for the management of the day-to-day store and restaurant operations, including store profitability, customer service, merchandising, employee staffing and recruitment, employee relations and retention along with strong leadership skills. The Convenience/QSR Store Manager may perform housecleaning duties as necessary and are responsible for enforcing all company policies and procedures. The manager will create a positive store culture by treating employees fair and with respect. The desired candidate must have a high school education or equivalent, previous people management experience, must be self-motivated, dependable, have the ability to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast-pace environment while maintaining total customer focus. Previous retail management required.
