Description:

We are looking for an East Region Recruiter to support our recruiting process from start to finish, including posting jobs ads, developing a sourcing strategy, conducting the initial screenings, scheduling interviews and administer the offer and pre-employment process.

  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
  • Develop sourcing strategies through local/regional job dashboards, social media outlets, educational institutions, and community outreach programs
  • Screen resumes against minimum job criteria
  • Conduct initial phone screens
  • Schedule calls and interviews
  • Manage calendar for all hiring teams
  • Administer candidate dispositioning throughout the recruiting process
  • Create and send out job offers
  • Conduct pre-employment administration
  • Assist with new hire onboarding process

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven work experience as a recruiter or HR professional in a high-volume staffing environment with multi-site scope of responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or closely related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to meet travel expectation of 25%
  • Proven experience hiring industrial or manufacturing type positions.
  • Located on the East Coast. NY, ME, VA, or NH, preferred.
  • Full recruitment lifecycle experience
  • Proficient skills in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS systems, and other computer-based programs or software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities accordingly.
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Critical-thinking skills.
