Job Description: PM Supervisor Skilled Nursing Facility
We are seeking a PM Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility located in Woodbury, MN, 55125. The ideal candidate must be available every other weekend from 12pm to 8pm and some holidays. Benefits are available for this position.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage staff during the evening shift
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families
- Assist where needed and take direction well
- Maintain a safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations
- Be resourceful and have a sense of urgency
- Lead by example and work well with others
- Have experience with most kitchen equipment
- Must have supervisory experience
- Good communicator and able to listen effectively
- Must have excellent attendance and bring a great attitude
- Must be able to read and write English
