Medical Assistant

We are currently seeking a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or LPN to work in our busy Plastic Surgery Practice at our Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island location. As a medical assistant in our practice, you will be working alongside 7 Doctors, 7 Nurse Practitioners, and 7 Aestheticians. Your primary responsibility will be to assist them in providing exceptional care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a current license either as a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant/LPN. You should be willing to work 32-40 hours weekly and be able to travel to 4 different satellite locations. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care and who is willing to work in a fast-paced environment. While a basic knowledge of plastics would be great, it is not necessary. We will provide you with the necessary training to excel in your role. Our practice is focused on providing the best possible care to our patients, and we are looking for someone who shares that commitment. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting doctors, nurse practitioners, and aestheticians in providing patient care

- Taking vital signs and recording patient history

- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records

- Maintaining inventory and ordering medical supplies as necessary

Requirements:

- Current certification or registration as a Medical Assistant/LPN

- Ability to work 32-40 hours weekly and travel to 4 different satellite locations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Passion for patient care
