Position Overview
Leads the company’s employee engagement and talent management activities. This includes engaging community partners, managers, employees both internally and externally. There primary focus will be on talent attraction and retention efforts along with employee development and performance management.
This position needs to be an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. As time is usually a factor, the work must be done on time, as well as correctly.
Work schedule will primarily be normal daytime business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with additional hours required as needed. If the successful candidate will be working at the Bismarck location, travel to the Underwood site facility for the first couple of months will be required until the Bismarck Office completes constructio

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and three years progressive related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires a valid driver’s license
- Bachelor's degree in human resources may be preferred
- Previous recruitment experience preferred
