Receptionist - Physicians Office

EMHS is seeking reliable, dedicated, and customer service oriented individuals to join our Revenue Cycle, Patient Intake Team!

• Full Time (40 hours/week)
• Evening Shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm)
• Overnight Shift (11:00pm - 7:00am)

Our Patient Intake Representatives (receptionists) are responsible for switchboard operations, scheduling/managing appointments, Physician Office check in and check out, Outpatient Registration, and Emergency Room Registration. Other duties include the verification of patient insurance, collecting copayment monies, verification of patient demographics, and ensuring paperwork and scanning of patient documents are up to date.
