Expected schedule: Tuesday-Friday 4 PM - 12 AM

Essential Functions

• Ensure all individuals who enter the store are at least 21 years of age (or older), as per LCB regulations.
• Greet all customers pleasantly and with courtesy, provide information regarding sales and promotions as requested.
• Analyze customer requirements and assist customers to appropriate lines to ensure a timely flow of traffic in and out of the store as directed by the Sales Floor Manager.
• Maintain neat and clean work area at all times, as well as performing floor housekeeping duties as directed by Store Floor Manager.
• Adhere to all control procedures and security policies as directed by the Head of Security and the Store Floor Manager.
• Collaborate with customers to deescalate any complaints or noncompliance while maintaining an optimal level of customer service.
• Evaluate, escalate and report complex issues as directed by the Head of Security and the Store Floor Manager, ensure a safe working area for all colleagues and customers
• Perform additional duties/tasks as assigned by the Sales Floor Manager.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be over 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Customer service and communication skills
• Basic PC knowledge (computer/laptop/iPad/smartphone)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to communicate using a hand-held radio
• Ability to accurately write up and submit incident reports as needed
• Night and Weekend availability
