Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.Summary:Join the Bristol Myers Squibb Cloud and AI Enablement team to design and deliver solutions that use Microsoft Power platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Partner with functional colleagues to understand challenges and build solutions that solve them. Work alongside cloud and AI engineers to understand how to integrate Power platform solutions into the broader technical ecosystem in BMS. Integrate these solutions with cloud services in AWS, Azure, and GCP.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a roadmap for Microsoft Power Apps solutions that enable BMS objectivesLead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Power Apps solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practicesUnderstand and build integrations between Power Apps solutions and cloud services in AWS, Azure, and GCPEstablish and maintain governance processes, including change management, user access, and security, to ensure the ongoing stability and integrity of Power Apps solutionsDevelop and maintain documentation, including solution design, user guides, and training materials, to support the effective use of Power Apps within the organizationMonitor and evaluate the performance of Power Apps solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizationStay current with Microsoft Power Apps updates, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for incorporating new capabilities into existing solutionsProvide end-user training and support, ensuring users have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize Power Apps solutionsResearch and apply Microsoft AI/Copilot capabilities for use casesIntegrate Power Apps with other cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI technologiesQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.Prior experience and skills related to the evaluation of new technologies and how to implement them to solve business challengesKnowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BIStrong communication and team collaboration abilitiesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organizedExperience with design and implementing production ready solutions using cloud infrastructureGood understanding of software development and deployment lifecycleIf you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
