The Senior Manager, Business Office will be working within subgroups of Business Technology Services (BTS). What You’ll Work OnThis position is also responsible for driving portfolio management activities related to program intake, reviews, audits, participating and leading vendor negotiations and contract management, managing software licenses, and working closely with other departments, including Procurement, Finance and Legal. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management Partner with key Business and Finance stakeholders to manage financial activities Digital Technology Services organization, from both planning and reporting perspectiveCollaborate with other departments across the organization, including Procurement, Legal, HR, and Finance, to manage financial outlook of IT Digital Technology Services organizationManage financials for the IT Digital Technology Services organization as well as forecast expenses for approved and pending projects.Collaborate with peer IT departments to devise and implement financial and optimization strategies.Assist in activities relating to internal and supplier audit responsibilities, as well as occasional procurement or supplier relations responsibilities, RCE preparation, LBE submission and tracking as well as organization capacity planning.Portfolio Management Assist in program and portfolio intake and reviews for overall organization including programs, projects, tools handled by team globallyResponsible for maintaining current software licenses, maintenance, and overall asset management.Ensure all Programs or Projects performed by Digital Technology Services are managed in accordance with the wider Business Technology Services PMO methodologyLead on ensuring that vendor/supplier contract negotiations and management, audits, governance, and invoicing processes are consistent across Digital Technology Services.Ensure all procurement process for all IT Digital Technology Services purchases, SOWs and maintenance renewals are processed correctly, and that the organization follows the correct internal controls.Manage and coach direct and indirect team membersRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, finance, business or equivalent work experience7-10 years of experience in financial reporting, management, or analysis and 5+ years of experience managing resources in a business office7-10 years of experience working with IT vendors and suppliersPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a service delivery environment within focus on internal and sourced delivery teams. Experience in managing portfolio management activities , procurement and programsAbility to bring insight, knowledge, best practices, and feedback to strategic discussions.Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, influence, and collaboration skills.Expert knowledge of business office management, including financial governance, procurement best practices, and contract management.Advanced skill in communications and managing teams in a technical environment.Apply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
