Join our Palms imaging center - Oxnard team! We are hiring a full time Front Office Coordinator with a Monday - Friday variable 7am to 7pm schedule. The receptionist will work closely with the clinical and operational team to serve a diverse population of patients at the ambulatory surgery center. Our ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish) with 1 year of recent medical office experience coordinating with a team of medical professionals. Responsibilities: Answer phones, greet incoming patients and visitors, patient registration and insurance verification, and collect co-pays.
