Ola Juice Bar is looking for talented baristas!! We specialize in cold press juice, smoothies, acai bowls, vegan foods, and espresso based beverages. Here's the stuff we need your help with!:

• Makes and serves smoothies, acai bowls, espresso drinks and other food and beverage items

•Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations

• Provides connection with guests and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner

•Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using dialing in and other standard measures and recipes

• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments

•Replenishes line, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area

• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and food knowledge to  guide guests through menu

•Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils

• Ensures proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards

•Keeps display stocked and rotated.

• Reviews product in stock and line setup for a successful shift.

•Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments

• Greets guests and interacts in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction

•Relays relevant concerns from customers to leads or managers 

• Serves guests quickly and efficiently, and prevents delays in serving lines

•Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately communicates allergens

• Guides guest through menu selection by actively listening and providing Ola's nutritional benefits to guests

•Ensures all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards

• Serves food and beverage neatly and attractively per standard

•Performs other duties as assigned
