The City of Peoria Public Works Department is looking for a Lead Custodian to work the night shift, within the City of Peoria's Facilities Division. The purpose of this position is to oversee a custodial crew and assist them with cleaning and maintaining city buildings and properties. The job requires high physical demands to include cleaning and room setups to consist of lifting tables and chairs (10-25 pounds).

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Experience using a Work Order System such as Infor/Hansen
- Prior experience in ordering and maintaining supplies.
- Skilled in task delegation and ensuring timely completion through effective follow-up.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and floor buffers
- Previous government or municipality experience.
