Responsibilities - Auto Dealership Service Advisor:

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer additional services and 'specials', and schedule service
• Greet customer and answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion of work and ensure customers are satisfied

Requirements - Auto Dealership Service Advisor

• Automotive Service Advisor experience is required
• Good customer service, computer and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license and insurance
