Licensed Practical Nurse

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient care under the direction of physicians and registered nurses. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Must have a current LPN license in the state of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

**Responsibilities:**
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with the implementation of patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

**Additional Requirements:**
- CPR certification
- Ability to lift and move patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
