Location: Newport, OH

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Newport, OH. As an RBT, you will work directly with students in a school setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on student progress, and collaborating with teachers and other school staff to support student success.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid RBT certification
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
