About The Opportunity

PRO Resources is seeking a Chief Operating Officer who is a strategic leader, focused on operational excellence, team leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring service excellence to clients. With a dedicated staff of 48, the selected candidate will be well-positioned to drive and grow significant impact for clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities to Achieve Success

The Key Accountabilities for the position include but are not limited to the following:

Operational Excellence and Efficiency

Streamline operations to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the organization operates smoothly. This includes identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and leading IT transformation efforts as necessary.

Leadership and Organizational Culture

Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and teamwork. Develop future leaders and manage change effectively, especially in a change-averse environment.

Operational Strategy and Execution

Along with the partners, co-create and implement future-focused strategies that align with PRO’s mission and market opportunities. This involves anticipating future trends, creating competitive strategies, and ensuring these strategies are executed effectively across the organization.

Financial Management and Growth

Oversee financial management practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, to ensure PRO's financial health and profitability. Execute strategic growth initiatives and service expansion plans.

Client Satisfaction and Success

Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet clients' unique needs, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to client success.

Human Resources and Compliance

Ensure that PRO’s internal HR practices, including employment law compliance, benefits administration, and risk management, are up to the highest standards.
