Job Description
- Seasonal Position (May-August)
- Monday-Friday
- 8am-4:30pm
- Accepting candidates 16 years and older.
Summary:
Under the supervision of the department team leader, this position is responsible for the safe and timely shipment/receiving of customer orders at the Rogers Athletic Facility as well as inserting and trimming foam pads into football equipment practice covers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The responsibilities listed below are not intended to be all-inclusive.
- Insert and trim large pieces of foam into vinyl covers.
- Locate proper materials within the warehouse that align with the work order and bring them to the workstation.
- Ensure works space is kept clean and organized.
- Additional duties may be assigned as required.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language. Associate must have the ability to communicate internally and externally effectively and efficiently.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with the variety of situations which occur in the daily assembly process. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or work order form or blueprints.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Working knowledge of computer keyboard for reporting activities and internet for communication.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Must possess basic math skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Agility of the upper and lower body extremities and capable of lifting 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for all or most of a regular work shift as well as reach, bend, and stoop.
