Extrusion Operator Job Summary:

Salary: Negotiable based upon experience - SIGN ON BONUS!

Shifts: 10 hr shifts Morning (6am) & Evening (6pm) available Mon-Thurs

We're seeking an experienced Manual Extruder Operator with a background in human or pet food manufacturing for our Willmar, Minnesota facility. We offer a sign-on bonus and relocation lump sum pay for the right candidate.

Extrusion Operator Job Responsibilities:

- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the extruder machine, including startup, running, shutdown, and cleaning processes.

- Coordinate production schedules with the Supervisor to ensure timely completion of orders.

- Monitor and record various parameters such as salt, caustic, temperature, density, and moisture levels of the product.

- Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the production process.

Education & Experience:

- Prior experience in extrusion operations is essential.

- Experience in human or pet food manufacturing environments is required.

- Proficiency in basic mathematics.

- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.

- Ability to comprehend and follow process instructions from manuals.

- Availability to work 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, either on the day shift or night shift , with occasional weekend overtime as needed.
