If so, we have an exhilarating behavioral analysis opportunity for you! TURN Community Services is currently seeking a full-time BCBA/BCaBA to join our human services nonprofit. This behavior analysis position typically travels monthly and spends time each week in both St. George and Cedar City - it's a nice "small-town", close-knit community feel!

Formerly known as Project TURN, we were founded in 1973 by a group of parents who wanted better services for their adult children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Now known as TURN Community Services, we provide resources to more than 850 individuals with developmental disabilities. With locations from Brigham City to St. George, we offer a full range of services including day programs, residential living, art center programs, summer camp, and supported employment opportunities.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A BCBA - BCABA

As a BCBA - BCaBA, you are a behavior analysis support superstar helping individuals with disabilities live more meaningful lives. Every single day is different and full of adventure. As the go-to person, you conduct functional assessment interviews to evaluate the behavior needs of the individuals with disabilities in your care. Using your creativity and expertise, you create behavior support plans (BSPs) and individual service plans (ISPs) to help change lives for the better. You update assessments, complete monthly summaries, and maintain other documentation with precision.

You also spend time training our behavior analysis staff in behavior plan interventions and staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and approaches. You're a crucial part of our community program, and you get to see our clients' successes first-hand. How amazing is that? A master of juggling many things, you handle crisis situations with calm and grace. As someone who's adaptable and loves to work in a team, you get to make a real impact and have fun while doing it!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A BCBA - BCABA

The knowledge and skills required for this behavior analysis position are:

  • BCBA Certification
  • BCaBA Certification
  • Bachelor's degree and working on BCBA/BCaBA
