Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in cement plant maintenance.
• Exceptional mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work all hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally up to 100+ pounds with assistance.
• Willingness to work in various conditions, including walking on irregular surfaces and in reduced lighting conditions.
• Excellent vision abilities, including close vision, distant vision, color vision, and depth perception.
