- Conduct research and workshops to understand the needs and behaviors of our user communities.
- Collaborate with our software development team and product managers to integrate design and functionality seamlessly.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for the software interface.
- Ensure the design aligns with modern usability standards, efficiency, and aesthetic appeal while catering to intricate data & logical modeling needs.
- Conduct usability testing to gather insights and identify areas for enhancement and simplification.
- Participate actively in agile development processes, adapting to continual changes and evolving requirements.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles and ensure a consistent user experience across the product.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex, user-intensive products where users engage with an advanced tool extensively throughout their workday. Examples might be software products enabling data science, engineering, architecting, or software development.
- Capable of designing sophisticated use cases towards a highly intuitive, unintimidating user experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
