We're currently offering an exciting opportunity for drivers to join our team. Here are the details:

  • Drivers operating reefers starting pay at $1.64-$1.67 per mile, which includes FSC (based on experience). The base rate is $1.29-$1.32 per mile, with an additional FSC of $0.35 per mile. Please note that FSC changes weekly.
  • Drivers can expect to cover an average of 2700-3200 miles per week, with an average length of haul of 750 miles.
  • Our freight is 100% no-touch, with 75% drop and hook.
  • For those interested in leasing, the lease payment is $308 per week, with an additional $0.28 per mile on all miles. When taking a week off, the lease payment remains at $308 per week.
  • Maintenance costs are $0.07 per mile for trucks under 400K miles and $0.12 per mile for all trucks exceeding 400K miles.
  • After factoring in all expenses, drivers can expect to take home an average of $2000 to $2500 per week.
  • Qualifications:
  • 23 years old with at least two years Class A OTR verifiable driving experience in the last three years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years (personal and commercial) and none of them may be major such as reckless/careless, 15+
  • No more than 2 incidents/incidents in the last three years. None may be DOT Reportable Preventable. May not have any DOT Reportable Preventable in last three years
  • No more than six jobs in the last three years
  • No felonies in last ten years and misdemeanors will be looked at in a case by case basis
  • Can never have DUI in commercial vehicle and can never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test ever
