FULL-TIME

$19/hr, plus $2000 new hire bonus, see details below

• Processing products using tools, manual labor, and equipment provided in accordance with USDA and Pilgrim's product standards and procedures.
• Processing products according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.
• Observing equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions and/or safety issues/concerns.
• Cleaning and organized work area.
• Training others with the skills and knowledge gained from the position.
• Observing all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies. Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectively and cooperatively with customers, clients, co-workers, and leadership teams.
• Recognizing and acting on incidents and safety risks. Consistently practices and enforces safe work habits and drives those habits throughout the organization.
• Participating in process improvement and problem-solving utilizing continuous improvement and rational thinking methodologies such as Six Sigma
• Following all company animal welfare guidelines.

Shift start: 9:30PM
Shift length: 8 - 12 hours
Sunday - Thursday 9:40 pm to 6:25 am, occasional Friday nights
