Job Summary:
Village Caregiving is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-home Caregiver to join our team in Hickman, KY at our Paducah location. This is a part-time, hourly position that provides healthcare and medical support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
• Provide in-home care services to clients based on individualized care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and monitor patient's health and well-being
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily care activities
• Assist with housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and light cleaning
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to provide updates on care and address any concerns or issues
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and follow care plans as directed
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient nature
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
