- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in industrial manufacturing or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget and on schedule. The Construction Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, production, quality, and engineering to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining a solid commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Champion a safety culture on-site, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and audits to promote a secure working environment
- Work with Production and Project management teams to Maintain an updated production schedule.
- Motivate the operations team using various motivational tactics.
- Monitor and maintain production overhead spending within budget.
- Assume accountability for the Profit and Loss (P&L) performance of assigned projects, managing financial aspects to meet or exceed budgetary goals.
- Implement cost-effective measures and strategic financial planning to optimize project profitability
- Implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain organized inventory in the plant and outside yard areas, overseeing proper storage and tracking of materials.
