Northwest Center for Behavioral Health (NCBH) is currently accepting resumes for a Construction Maintenance Technician II at our Fort Supply Location! The Construction Maintenance Technician II will be assigned responsibilities of performing specialized skilled work in one of the building trades as well as performing general maintenance and repair work or other related duties. Knowledge skills and abilities required at this level include knowledge of the principles, materials, methods, fixtures, tools and equipment used in various building and maintenance trades; of hazards and safety precautions related to the trade in which work in performed. Skill is required to use tools and equipment; and ability to follow written and oral instructions. May assist in the completion of other work involving the construction or renovation of buildings or other structures. 

Job Type/Salary: 

  • Full-time:  M-F 8:00 - 4:30
  • Salary:  $34,500.00
  • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

  • One (1) Vacancy

Qualifications: Requirements at this level consist of four years experience in one or more of the building trades or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

We are licensed and Joint Commission accredited since 1974. We provide complete mental health and substance abuse services for the individuals of Northwest Oklahoma in our outpatient offices, residential substance abuse program and our inpatient psychiatric unit.  

Special Requirements:  

  • Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background. 

  • Applicant must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.

  • Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs.  Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result. 

  • (if Required) Applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and be able to pull a maximum force of 25 pounds. 

THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
