We are a nationwide home services company looking to hire a true ROCKSTAR who lives and breathes sales!
A "Sales Pro" is someone who will learn the sales process for the best way to sell our services to homeowners, and then demonstrate an amazing sales system with superior products, build value, and overcome objections. He/she will keep their skills sharp! Our Sales Pro's are compensated on a commission basis, annual potential is $85,000 - $250,000.
Responsibilities of the Sales Pro:
- Learn the sales program inside and out
- Teach it to others
- Attend regular training meetings to continually train and support others
- Role play with salespeople (sales process, presentations, objections, etc.)
- Ride with the other salespeople to see how they prepare, and engage with homeowners
- Celebrate sales success- create a culture of winning
- Recruit more salespeople
- Treat the business as if it was yours, including overall attitude, care, handling of personnel, efficient use of company funds, resources, and provide solutions
- Fulfilling duties that arise and are assigned by VP to improve, enhance, or expand the company
- Excellent coordination with stakeholders
- Providing regular reports on progress
