Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and equipment. From HVAC systems to production machinery, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of systems and components. Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment using blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Assist in planning work to keep laborers productive.
- Conduct monthly safety lighting inspections and weekly machine guard inspections.
- Perform ground maintenance, including landscaping and snow removal.
- Provide emergency service and overtime support as needed.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 3:30 pm - 12:00 am
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; technical school graduate preferred.
- 5+ years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of building systems, HVAC units, and electrical control systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and lean manufacturing practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and operate forklifts.
Equipment Used:
- Assorted power and hand tools, welders, saws, drills, meters, and more.
- PC/Computer terminal with Microsoft Office and Vantage software.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00
