As part of the Elements Imaging experience team, we provide all the training necessary for any of the positions available including photographer, retail associate, and imaging specialist. Summary of Experience

• 3 years retail/customer service management experience
• Enthusiastic mindset that is motivated by results
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Quick on your feet thinking and ability to multi-task
• Experience in motivating and coaching staff in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral skills to communicate with staff professionally and effectively
• Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients
• Minimum High School or GED

Essential responsibilities of the position:

• Motivate, support, and manage team to drive KPIs and revenue goals in a fast-paced environment
• Manage all aspects of operating a photo retail business including guest service, operations, hiring & training, data & reporting, client relations, and business administration
• Work directly with the leadership team to establish current and long-term objectives, plans, and policies
• Read, analyze, and interpret data and reports to drive performance
• Confidentially and efficiently respond to inquiries and/or complaints
• Effectively communicate with staff, host clients, and leadership
• Understand the basic functions of the capture/production/retail positions and be able to perform the functions as required (training will be provided on each)
• Must be able to speak clearly and effectively and establish clear lines and methods of communication throughout the organization
• Complete daily/monthly/and other reporting
• Responsible for payroll, scheduling, and all business administration to run the business
• Ability to work holidays and weekends
• Provide an amazing experience for guests visiting New Orleans and be the best representation of our client’s brand
