My Safe Home Inspection is looking for a select few Experienced, Florida Licensed, 1099 Contract Home Inspectors to conduct Wind Mitigation Inspections on-site at homes in specific counties and the included municipalities throughout the state of Florida.

Florida Counties We Need Contract Home Inspectors Immediately For:

*Leon County, Florida

Responsibilities:

• Inspect homes based on the State of Florida Wind Mitigation Standard
• Read inspection reports.
• Use tools and equipment to perform an inspection.
• Inspect houses, apartments, commercial buildings, and other structures.
• Plan an inspection route and schedule.
• Perform regular inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Write reports: Inspections and reports must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

$400 a Day or More!!

Contract Inspector Support Provided:

• We provide a full-time marketing/sales, customer, administrative, and inspection quality assurance success team to assist you in your scheduling, issue resolution, report production, and report review with homeowner and insurance agents.
• We provide a proprietary inspection reporting tool that makes your inspections quick, detailed and easy…all you provide is the fill data, photos and comments.

Requirements (No Exceptions):

• Current/Active State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) Certificate of Licensed Inspector
• Level 2 Criminal Background Check, along with fingerprinting
• Drug Test
• 3+ Years of Home Inspection Experience
• Wind Mitigation Certification Coursework Completed (i.e. InterNACHI Certificate or other notable certification)
• Proof of Workers' Compensation Coverage or Worker's Compensation Exemption (simple to get. We can help)
• Valid State of Florida Drivers License 
• Reliable Transportation
• Standard Home Inspection Tools (flashlight, tape measure, ladder, Zircon, camera pole, etc)
• Mobile Smart Phone with quality Camera and/or Digital Camera
• Laptop or Tablet (necessary for report production)
• Attention to detail
