WHAT IS HOWLIN WILLY'S?

Willy visited Nashville and discovered another favorite — Hot Chicken. We’re talking spicy, crispy, juicy fried chicken that’ll knock your boots off. A truly craveable wonder of the world.

He loved the taste and was inspired to create his own hot chicken recipe and take it to the next level. With his extensive knowledge of chili peppers, he began experimenting with different ones to get that holy grail combination of heat and flavor. After many attempts and some blown-out taste buds, Willy was ready to unveil his recipes and give Atlanta his take on Nashville Hot Chicken.

In spring of 2021, Howlin’ Willy’s opened its doors inside the Willy’s Mexicana Grill Piedmont Park location. The following year, the spicy sister opened strong in Hapeville and continues to grow with its third location coming to North Druid Hills in early 2023.

SCOPE OF ROLE

Howlin' Willy's Team Members (TMs) are responsible not only for the operations of a restaurant, but also product knowledge, responsible food portioning, and Above and Beyond Guest Service- functions that are supported by Willy’s management family . In addition to the demands of the business, TMs must aspire to seek development with Willy’s policies in the form of completion of Willy’s training and working harmoniously to fulfill Willy’s mission to deliver flavor-filled food to the community. 

Your success will be measured by your ability to give stellar Above and Beyond Guest Service, arrive promptly to work, and share positive vibes.

Team Members Responsibilities
 

• Pleasant and upbeat attitude, greeting every Guest with a smile and providing great Guest Service
• Cooks and prepares food accurately as listed on prep list as per Howlin’ Willy's specs and procedures
• Follows Howlin’ Willy’s food safety policies and procedures.
• Sets up prep area and compartment sinks for dishwashing.
• Re-stocks items on the service line as needed.
• Washes dishes.
• Maintains a clean work environment.
• Grooming - all employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Howlin’ Willy's
standards.

Requirements

• Must reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop, and wipe counters and equipment.
• Must be able to carry boxes and containers weighing up to 50 pounds 20 times per shift.
• Reading and writing skills are required.
• Operate a cash register and make change.
• Walks and stand during the entire shift.
• Frequent washing of hands.
• Hazards may include, but are not limited to; cuts, burns and falls. Works with cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Howlin’ Willy's standards.
