In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting high-quality products using precision components and parts. If you excel at blueprint interpretation, part positioning, and ensuring seamless connections, we want to hear from you!

Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday (with Friday overtime)

Pay: $18/hr

Assembler Responsibilities:

• Interpret blueprints and standard work instructions (SWI's) with precision.
• Utilize tape measures and powered hand tools (e.g., staplers, rivet guns, drills) effectively.
• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of parts and products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Perform assembly, repair, and preparation for shipment, while also cross-training in various departments as necessary.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 months of hands-on experience in a manufacturing facility (experience in small part assembly preferred).
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working in an unheated/non-air-conditioned setting.
