CSB of Middle Georgia is located in Dublin, Georgia, and the agency currently serves residents of Bleckley, Dodge, Johnson, Laurens, Montgomery, Pulaski, Telfair, Treutlen, Wheeler, and Wilcox counties in Georgia; and in our Ogeechee Behavioral Health Division, serving residents of Burke, Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, and Screven counties in Georgia. LOCATION: Swainsboro, GA; Emanuel County Outpatient

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct mental health services to include intake assessments, individual/family, group therapy and crisis intervention to assigned clients.
2. Maintain regular contact with clients.
3. Complete individualized treatment plans, treatment plan updates, behaviors assessment updates, and safety plans.
4. Ensure consumers go to scheduled MD appointments.
5. Complete case management to include being aware of managed care authorizations, current insurance statuses, and other chart compliances.
6. Complete the following assessments: Child & Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) &/or Adults Needs and Strengths (ANSA), Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSR), Crisis Safety plans, and other required assessments.
7. Attends regularly scheduled staff meetings and clinical supervision.

Pay varies depending on whether the candidate is in a Master's Program, has a Master's Degree while obtaining licensure, or is already licensed.
