- Responsible for set up and clean up of party areas
- Greet parties and assist customers with waiver completion
- Explain the rules and policies
- Accompany children during pre-arranged activities
- Serve food, beverages, and cake
- Manage party gifts and belongings to ensure they remain with guests
- Monitor timing to ensure parties stay on schedule
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues to ensure a great experience
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
Qualifications:
- Party Hosts are team players who are enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient, and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Must be able to work weekends
- Food Handler's Permit required
