Looking for a hard working, outgoing professional to join our team!
Must be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently. Rewarding position for candidate with high energy and excellent customer service skills. We are a multi-specialty healthcare practice established for 27 years in Freehold, NJ.

Responsibilities:
- Incoming phone calls
- Scheduling
- Intake/Processing new patients
- Coordinating with providers
- Clerical/administrative
Skills/Experience Required/Preferred:
- Front desk experience in a medical, chiropractic, and/or physical therapy setting
- Excellent customer service skills; friendly, polite and outgoing- our patients are our #1 priority!
- Must have the ability to multi-task efficiently
- Must have great organizational skills
Schedule: Hours have some flexibility but our ideal schedule is listed below:
Monday 12-7
Wednesday 12-7
Thursday 12-7
Friday 12-6
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 28 per week
