Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher to join our team! We are looking for a long-term position with opportunity for growth, learning, and job satisfaction. We need help with recruiting, dispatching, data entry, customer service, accounts receivable and collections. This is a good career with a company that has been in business since 1995. Responsibilities:

• Work with a diverse population of customers and employees. Friendly staff in a pleasant environment.
• Work with team to determine best fit for clients, based on Workers' experience.
• Assist payroll team with Accounts Receivable and Collections (No experience required)
• Other office based tasks, delegated by management.

• This position requires a person who is patient, empathetic and wants to help people but knows when to be stern.
• Good communication and decision making skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic math skills are required .
• Must have personal initiative and a desire to be part of a team and help move that team forward.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
