Location: Near Williamsport, PA , RAPID ONBOARDING TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY!

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time with every other weekend, ongoing assignment

Rate: $43 hourly, WEEKLY PAY

Staff Genius is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and provide exceptional care to residents in nursing homes located near Williamsport, PA, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising RN or physician
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure residents' comfort and safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments and care provided

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an LPN in a nursing home
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
