The Digital Sales Representative plays a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights and digital tools to optimize sales strategies, improve customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role combines analytical skills with industry knowledge to support the sales team in making informed decisions and achieving sales targets.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Analysis Assistance:

  1. Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.

  1. Learn to use data analytics tools and software to analyze reports and visualizations.

Sales Support:

  1. Support the team by providing data-driven insights, including basic sales forecasts and performance analysis.

  1. Conducts new equipment field demonstrations, if on location and applicable

  1. Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used equipment.

  1. Help manage customer inquiries and provide assistance with order processing.

Customer Data Management:

  1. Maintain customer databases and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  1. Learn to segment customer data based on basic criteria to support marketing efforts.

Competitor Research:

  1. Assist in monitoring competitor activities, including product offerings and pricing.

  1. Provide basic insights on competitors' strengths and weaknesses.

  1. Monitors trends in online activities and communicates to Digital Sales Manager

Digital Tools Familiarization:

  1. Learn to navigate and utilize digital sales tools and software to aid in sales processes.

  1. Assist in data entry and record-keeping within digital platforms.

Basic Reporting:

  1. Generate simple sales performance reports and contribute to the preparation of presentations for sales meetings.
