Bookkeeper

A dynamic and growth-oriented company is seeking a Bookkeeper. You will be responsible for the company’s QuickBooks accounting system, keeping the books up to date and providing management accurate reports.

Essential Functions:

· Complete hands-on responsibility for the bookkeeping functions.

· Processing of AR/AP and collections activities.

· Processing payroll.

· Resolve outstanding accounts through bad debt and collections.

· Maintains proper Inventory management data entry & controls in QB/Shop Monkey.

· Responsibility for maintaining cash management systems.

· Maintaining compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.

· Keeps all human resources files current and in compliance with regulatory agencies.

· Bank statement reconciliations.

· Preparation of financial reports and taxes.

· Track customer jobs and payments received.

· Monitors company IT needs as pertain to, or sync, with QB.

· Ensuring the administrative and data entry functions are completed.

Essential Qualifications:

· One to Three (1-3) years of extensive bookkeeping experience working with small to midsize company.

· Verifiable expertise with QuickBooks Enterprise.

· High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel) excellence is required.

· Experience with reconciliations.

· Payroll, AP/AR experience required.

· Cash Management experience.

· High School Diploma or equivalent.
