A Critical Access Hospital in Vermont, is seeking a Interim ACNO to join its leadership team team for a 13 week assignment. As a member of the Hospital's senior management team, the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) will:
- Participate in functional decision-making processes necessary to the successful attainment of the hospital's mission, in addition to maintaining an awareness of changes in healthcare clinical matters that could have an impact on the success of the hospital.
- Oversee multiple departments within the hospital as assigned and work collaboratively with other leaders and internal stakeholders to develop, maintain and improve patient care programs and operations.
- Report directly to the CNO and in the absence of the CNO, the ACNO may be required to interpret hospital policy and provide guidance.
Requirements:
Graduated from a accredited Nursing program.
Certification and registration in Vermont or Compact Licensure
3 years of experience as ACNO/CNO
BSN
Estimated Pay
We provide a competitive range of compensation for this position. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience and specific office location.
The Pay Range for this position is $80hr to 90hr . It is possible that this position can be hired outside of this salary range based on experience.
